Recruitment is right around the corner and it is time to go back through the What to Wear to Sorority Recruitment blog. Refresh your memory and begin picking out those outfits that make you feel your best. “When you look good, you feel good; when you feel good, you are good.” Remember, you don’t have to have designer labels to get into the sorority you want, but you do want to make sure whatever you wear flatters you.
If you are standing in front of your closet thinking, “Geez – I have no clue what to wear.” Here are a few fall fashion trends we have found:
Trend 1: Jade, Mustard, and Rust Hues. If you are hesitant to go this dramatic, like with your top, think accessories instead.
Trend 2: The LRD. Most of the Sorority women will be in LBD’s (little black dress) so stand out in a great Little Red Dress.

Trend 3: Pleated Skirt. Skirts can make you feel feminine and even a little dresser than just jeans or shorts. Pair with a simple top and some flats.

Trend 4: Wedges Ankle Boots. You will be walking a lot during recruitment and the last thing you want is your feet killing you. Try a trendy ankle boot with a wedge heel.
Trend 5: Lace. This feminine touch and enhance a simple black outfit. Instead of wearing a dress to the preference ceremony, try a black lace top with a black skirt.
Trend 6: Plaid. If the weekend of recruitment is a little cold, think of wearing a plaid dress with tights and boots. By coordinating accessories – you can have a edgy chic look.
Trend 7: Polka Dots. You don’t have to do a blouse or skirt, even though that would be cute too. Polka dotted shoes and bags make a perfect statement.
Can you picture yourself in one of these trends during recruitment?
Cheers!
